Your personal information

“Personal Information” is information that can identify you individually, either directly or in combination with other information. Cancer Trial Connect helps patients and oncologists find cancer clinical trials across Minnesota by matching patient information with trial eligibility criteria. We will collect information about cancer type and stage, treatments, oncologist, and location to identify possible clinical trial matches. If you choose to provide it, we will also collect your name, phone number, and email address in order to contact you if a potential match is found. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time. To help ensure the best possible trial matches, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
